Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and tk966 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tk966 online gaming platform, including all associated services, games, promotions, and features accessible via tk966.app. Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.   You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. tk966 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs due to your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify tk966 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• 🚫Prohibited Persons
  tk966 accounts may not be opened or used by individuals under the age of 21, persons currently subject to self-exclusion on the platform, employees or contractors of tk966 or its affiliated game providers, or any person located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on the tk966 platform are governed by the following policies. Players from Bangladesh may use bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other supported local payment methods to deposit and withdraw funds.

Bonus Terms and Promotional Conditions

tk966 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented.

  New players who register a first Account on tk966 and complete their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available once per player and cannot be claimed alongside any other new player promotional offer. Eligibility is subject to the player meeting all registration and verification requirements set out in these Terms.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the tk966 platform. Game-specific rules are also published within each individual game or sports market and form part of these Terms by reference.

  All sports bets, including cricket markets for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other tournaments, are settled according to official match results as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or declared void before the minimum required play period has been completed, all bets on affected markets will be voided and stakes returned.
• 🎰Casino Games
  All casino games — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and fish games — use certified RNG or live-dealer systems supplied by licensed third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, and Ezugi. tk966 does not alter game outcomes. The stated RTP for each game reflects the theoretical long-term return rate as configured by the provider.
• 🔄Disputed Results
  If you believe a game or bet result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with tk966 support within 72 hours of the result being displayed in your account history. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. tk966's decision on disputed results, made following a review of available server logs and game records, is final.

Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

tk966 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may trigger account action without prior notice.

• ⛔Grounds for Suspension
  Accounts may be suspended where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, bonus abuse, use of automated betting tools (bots), collusion, match-fixing, or any other activity that violates these Terms or that tk966 determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
• 💰Balance Treatment on Closure
  Where an Account is closed at the Player's own request and no breach of these Terms has occurred, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure. Where an Account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any balance may be withheld pending investigation.
• 📩Appeals Process
  Players who believe their Account has been suspended or closed in error may submit a formal appeal by contacting tk966 support at [email protected]. Appeals must be submitted within 30 days of the account action being taken and must include the player's full name, account username, and a clear description of the grounds for the appeal. tk966 will acknowledge receipt of the appeal and provide a decision within a reasonable timeframe.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk966 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions caused by technical faults, third-party provider outages, or events beyond tk966's reasonable control.

tk966 makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, security updates, and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary service interruptions. tk966 will endeavour to notify players of planned maintenance in advance where practicable. No compensation will be payable for losses incurred during unavoidable service interruptions.

Amendments to These Terms

tk966 may revise these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published at this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Where changes are material, tk966 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. Your continued use of the tk966 platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
